We are looking for a PMO for Veeva Safety Implementation for our organization.
As a PMO, you will be responsible for supporting product management for various tasks, spreading dialogs with stakeholders looking into specific requests and suggestions, supporting program governance, and interacting with the vendor.
In the role of “Program Management Office”, your key responsibilities will among others be to:
- Develop a common project vision, setting guiding principles to steer the project, and fostering a strong working partnership by defining governance structures and decision-making processes.
- Discuss and document areas of success and challenges to inform the future state vision, (OKRs and KPI’s for benefit realization) and define following up on measurement procedure.
- Agree on the Core Vault Safety Implementation scope, emphasizing the use of out-of-the-box product features and managing re-prioritizing of scope and document agreements.
- Implementation Approach and Plan, align the implementation approach with Program leadership and develop a high-level implementation plan, including timelines, activities, and dependencies across work streams to ensure a successful implementation.
- Identify and manage cross-dependencies across work streams and systems, ensuring seamless alignment of the patient safety process with the technical implementation.
- Leverage experience in implementation projects to develop clear governance and execution plans with a focus on milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Reporting and Communication: Providing regular project status reports and facilitating communication among stakeholders and support with presentations.

To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
- A MSc degree in Business Administration, or another relevant field and 3+ years of working experience, or a BSc degree within the same field and 5+ years of working experience
- Experience in business process mapping and requirements gathering
- Experience in process optimization and structured documentation
- Experience in Veeva Vault
- Excellent communication skills written and oral in English.
It would be a strong advantage if you have:
- Experience working in Global Patient Safety and DT area, testing and validation
- Experience working with data modeling and master data management
- Knowledge about Product Development
- Experience in Veeva Safety Implementation
