Could you be the full-time onsite PMO (Project Management Office) Coordinator in Copenhagen, DK we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your dedicated and results-driven project coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive, collaborative, and skilled teammates.
You'll ensure the smooth operation and timely delivery of the project objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project & Bid Management, Legal, Finance), providing confidential support to the Project Director, liaising with stakeholders, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Providing confidential, effective, and professional assistance to the Project Director and team,
- Managing and recording annual leave for the project team, maintaining accurate documentation,
- Liaising regularly with project team members to collect required information and compile reports for project reviews,
- Arranging meetings, including room bookings, equipment setup, and refreshments,
- Assisting in diary and email management for the Project Manager and Program Director,
- Preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items,
- Providing operational support, including purchase requests, legal correspondence handling, and facility management tasks,
- Supporting work package reviews and risk review meetings,
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders,
- Building strong relationships with customers at all levels

- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field,
- Experience or understanding of project coordination and administrative support within a PMO environment,
- Knowledge of effective communication and stakeholder management practices,
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI,
- A certification in project management or similar credentials is a plus,
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
- A service-minded approach with a focus on confidentiality and trustworthiness,
- Fluent in English and adept at building professional relationships across various levels of the organization; Danish is a plus;
