We are seeking an experienced employee who thrives with different tasks within compensation & benefits, career/compensation framework, people analytics, optimizing compensation processes and who also enjoy working with HR systems.

As a partner in P&O Data & Rewards, your role is to establish and uphold excellent standards for compensation and benefits, and to drive the adoption of our compensation module within our HRIS. We are in search of a team member who can contribute to the global expansion of the Novo Nordisk Foundation by focusing on the rewards and benefits aspects.  

Additionally, we aim to enhance our reporting on people data and our data proficiency to transition our organization towards relying on people data for making informed decisions.  

The position is in Hellerup/Tuborg Havn, and you will report to the Head of P&O Operations, Global Rewards and P&O Legal. You will become part of the P&O Team, which consists of 14 dedicated and ambitious colleagues supporting four different organisations in all HR matters, from operational to strategic.  

 What will your main responsibilities be

  • Develop and drive our annual and day-to-day operational rewards processes and support implementation of robust rewards processes including salary and bonus review, benchmarking, job mapping etc.
  • Set up data reporting so that we can monitor compliance with legislation and internal rewards processes
  • Get the most out of our HR systems knowhow and technology to drive data driven P&O
  • Continuously contribute to improve our data foundation, data quality and data infrastructure enabling HR colleagues and our organisation access to people data
  • Play a central role in implementing compensation module in our HRIS – we use Cornerstone
  • Contribute to optimal use of digitalisation and automized workflows via tech solutions

About you 
We imagine that you have: 

  • A relevant Bachelor or Master´s degree – economics, business management, HR or a related field 
  • Experience working with compensation and benefits, job structure and pay bands.  
    We use Mercer´s job evaluation. 
  • Experiences working with tech solutions
  • Are tech savvy with system technical competencies and interested in how to benefit from tech solutions  
  • Experience working in other HR areas like People Analytics; Performance Management or work force planning  
  • Advanced excel and power point skills with some knowledge to Power BI and Office 365 
  • Excellent in presenting data and findings based on strong analytical skills 
  • Project management skills is an advantage 
  • Strong English skills – both written and verbal 

As a person you are service minded and solution oriented, you are structured and systematic in delivering on your tasks in a thorough and efficient way. You have a high level of attention to detail and finalize your tasks within the agreed deadline You like working in a purpose driven environment with a large interface. You are a team player, who can both initiate and finish tasks independently and you enjoy making a difference together with your colleagues
