This requires us to attract great talent, have high performing teams, and employees who thrive and collaborate across. As P&O Partner you will have a significant impact on how we support the organisation with P&O initiatives and how we develop, improve and drive our annual processes.

The Job
You will be the go-to person for leaders in our programme areas, offering insightful P&O partnership. You will also spearhead one of our annual processes (Performance Management or Engagement Survey) and play a key role in developing other P&O practices and initiatives.

In addition to this, your tasks will include:

  • Provide leader sparring on both strategic people activities and daily employee relations.
  • Recruit and retain excellent and purpose driven talent.
  • Support in efforts to align our organisation around our strategic priorities and values.
  • Help rolling out P&O initiatives and processes to the organisation, ensuring they are relevant, well received and come alive.
  • Identify organisational needs based on strategy and data insights and translate to P&O interventions

You will be part of our P&O team consisting of 16 dedicated, ambitious and fun-loving colleagues. We have strong expertise and passion for creating an impact as a team and within our respective areas. We have two open temporary positions, as two colleagues are going on parental leave. Both positions will last 10-12 months, and the expected start date is 1 October.

Professional and Personal Qualifications
We imagine that you have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and have worked as a HR Business Partner or similar in either academic institutions, public institutions, or a corporate HR function.  

We are looking for a person with:

  • An academic degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field.
  • A strong P&O toolbox that is matched by your people skills.
  • Proven track record in translating organisational needs to tangible P&O interventions
  • Confidence and experience in facilitating team development sessions and workshops.
  • Thorough experience in attracting and recruiting talent. Certification in PAPI3 is a plus.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • High level of IT skills in Microsoft office
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
