The position
The Policy Partnerships Lead for Cardiovascular Health will play a crucial role in shaping and advancing Novo Nordisk's public affairs strategy and objectives related to cardiovascular health. This position involves developing and managing strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders, including medical societies, academia, patient organizations, policymakers, and other relevant entities, to drive advocacy and ensure policies that improve cardiovascular health outcomes.

To succeed in this role, the ideal person will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in public health, political science or a related field. Other key experiences and skills required are as follows:
