The Team
Our Group Asset Management team is dedicated to maximizing the value of our real estate portfolio through strategic analysis and data-driven decision-making. The team plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of Heimstaden’s investments, ensuring we not only meet but exceed stakeholder expectations.

You will report to the Director of Group Asset Management and collaborate with stakeholders across accounting, acquisitions, and asset management teams.

This full-time permanent position is based in Copenhagen.

You Role in Our Team
You will play a vital role in our success by:

• Conducting comprehensive analysis of portfolio performance, asset allocation, and investment opportunities to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Establishing close working relationships with decision-makers in country organizations to implement portfolio management strategies that optimize performance and drive value.
• Preparing and maintaining complex financial models to forecast returns, assess risks, and evaluate potential investments in standing assets.
• Providing credible financial projections to support Investor and Capital Market communication.
• Benchmarking against industry peers to set medium-term ambitions for margin development.
• Generating and presenting reports summarizing portfolio performance, variances, and key metrics (including ESG-related metrics) to stakeholders.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and analyses aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of portfolio management practices.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:

• A solid foundation in MS Excel for financial modeling and MS PowerPoint for presentation creation.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Real Estate is required. Advanced degrees such as a Master’s or equivalent highly valued and encouraged.
• Up to 4 years of experience in Real Estate and Finance.
• Proficiency in verbal and written business English.
• Knowledge of German (preferred but not mandatory).
