Portfolio Manager/Senior Project Manager

The position

is hybrid, and travel days are limited. To excel in this role, you should: Hold a master’s degree in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management, or project management Possess several years of proven professional experience in project management and portfolio management Have gained experience in a highly regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, food, or finance Demonstrate solid analytical skills and experience in analysing complex business issues Be fluent in written and spoken English On a personal level, you possess leadership competencies, especially in collaboration across boundaries, inspiring and motivating, innovation, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you have strong communication and presentation skills. It would be advantageous if you have experience with LEAN, digital technologies, and a curiosity for innovation. As a person, you are comfortable proactively taking initiative and have a strong personal drive and dedication with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You are curious about the processes and people you work with and have a strong desire to learn new things, demonstrating attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. About the department In CC, we are the ‘voice of the patient’; recording, investigating and responding to customer complaints globally for both marketed and clinical products. We are more than colleagues in Denmark, USA and India and are part of the Novo Nordisk Quality organization. You will be sitting in a newly established CC Projects team, consisting of project managers responsible for strategic projects and for new product entry. You will be reporting to the Manager of CC Projects, based in Bagsvaerd, and will be working closely with the managers and colleagues across the departments.
