YOGO is a new and innovative management platform designed for studios offering fitness, yoga, pilates, and other group training classes. As a rapidly growing startup, we are now seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team part-time (10-20 hours per week).
We are looking for a structured and committed Portuguese-speaking Customer Success Manager with technical flair, who is passionate about delivering personalized and excellent service to our Portuguese market. You will be the first point of contact when our Portuguese customers call or write, and you will play a vital role in ensuring their success with our platform. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Country Manager in Portugal.
Building Relationships: Create and nurture strong relationships with our customers to understand their unique needs and goals, ensuring they get maximum value from the YOGO platform.
Onboarding: Help new customers get started with our system by offering personalized onboarding, making them feel confident and capable when using our solutions.
Proactive Support: Stay ahead by identifying and solving challenges, ensuring our customers have a positive experience.
Optimization and Feedback: Use customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services by sharing insights with our development team to drive innovation.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and development to ensure a cohesive and effective customer experience from start to finish.
Empathetic Relationship Builder: You have a natural ability to build trust and relationships, driven by helping others achieve success.
Technically Savvy: You quickly learn new systems and technologies and can explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
Strong Communicator: Outgoing with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English, you thrive on interacting with a variety of people.
Independent and Structured: You can work independently, take initiative, and stay organized, managing multiple tasks while maintaining an overview.
Problem Solver: Solution-oriented and enjoy finding creative solutions to challenges.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or customer success is an advantage, but most importantly, you have enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow in the role while contributing to our team.

A centrally located office on Islands Brygge in Copenhagen.
Working hours between 10 AM and 3 PM on weekdays.
