This work includes de novo assembly and annotation of genomes and a wide range of genomic analyses of individual and pooled resequencing data.
  • The position will focus on understanding how interactions between life history and demography shape evolutionary processes and genomic architecture. Another major research topic is the analyses of adaptive variation and its association with environmental parameters using large population genomic data sets.
  • You will be involved in collaborative research projects as well as independent projects, and will work in close collaboration with students, PhD students, post docs and other faculty members.
