About the Moeller Lab
The Moeller Lab’s main research interests focus on understanding the intricate and highly complex interactions between microbes residing in the gut and the human body. Rooted in animal models of intestinal disease combined with manipulation of the gut microbiota, members of the Moeller lab employ cutting-edge technologies such as sequencing, high-parameter flow cytometry, and advanced imaging methodologies to interrogate the functional and mechanistic impact of gut microbes on human health and disease.
