Power BI Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior PowerBI Developer to join client within Pharma. You will be joining the People Analytics department, which is anchored in People & Organisation and focuses on HR/People data. Their role is to drive and enable decisions based on data. They have a tremendous opportunity to ensure their products and services can be found, trusted, managed and leveraged for the benefit of all employees across the business.

Locaton: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Expertise in PowerBI
• High level of proficiency in DAX and SQL PowerApps & wider Power Platform ecosystem
• Data Visualization best practices
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong background in wider Power Platform suite
• A passion for enabling data-driven decisions through their data analytics; business intelligence; and data visualization toolbox; and be able to drive work both independently and as part of a team
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Developing and deploying the next phase of our Organisational Insights product, aimed to empower strategic decision-making across past, present and future organisational development
• Migration of thier global solutions from Tableau to PowerBI
• Integration of global data access model across all solutions
