In this crucial role, you will be the wizard of our commercial success, developing and applying data-driven on-demand pricing models for our diverse range of customizable windows and doors. The ideal candidate will blend analytical expertise with strategic insight and be capable of optimizing our pricing approach across multiple markets, including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
Pricing management:
Monitor and adjust prices on a daily basis across our product range to maintain competitiveness and profitability
Oversee pricing across all channels, product options/configurations and third party products
Analyse market data, competitor pricing, and internal metrics to inform pricing strategies and optimal pricing structure
E-commerce demand price model development:
Analyse sales data to understand price-demand relationships
Gradually develop and implement demand-based pricing models across key consumer markets
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Produce automated reporting on pricing performance
Analyze the impact of pricing changes on sales volume and profitability
Identify opportunities for pricing optimization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, preferably in e-commerce
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modelling and statistical analysis
Machine learning techniques, Programming (e.g., Python, R), SQL, Microsoft Excel
The ability to translate critical data insights into understandable metrics for top management

We expect that you can travel to our Officer and Factory in Tartu (Estonia ) when needed. Onboarding, Training and Handover will happen in Tartu.

Our headquarters and factory are located in Estonia, Tartu - but you will be working with our vibrant team in our Copenhagen-based office located in Nørrebro - Schiller House. Our Copenhagen-based office is well connected to several public transportation points (bus and s-train stations within 2 min walk) and has access to a large parking lot (if you are not a big fan of cycling ).
