As a Planning Engineer, you will be:

• Playing a important role in supporting offshore production.
• Contribute to research and troubleshooting of technical solutions, addressing upsets, shortfalls, instability, and bottlenecks.
• Participate in process engineering projects and initiatives.
• Support and spar with other junior engineers
• Update process documents
• Participate in Operations Excellence Framework studies
• Provide TIER 2 support, diagnostics and troubleshooting services.

The ideal candidate:

• Radiates a positive mindset, safety attitude and contributes to a constant optimization and development of the safety culture
• MSC in Process / Chemical Engineering
• Min. 5 years of proven experience in process industry, preferably Oil & Gas
• Strong IT skills with experience from Process Simulation tools (eg. Pro II, Hysys, Olga, Flare Sim… )
• A clear ability to work in a transversal manner
• Has strong analytical skills and works in structured manner
• Is happy to work and succeed in a team and can work in an international environment
• Speaks and writes English at a high level
