The Position
As a Process Excellence Manager, you will support the business in driving and implementing continuous improvements to optimize workflow processes daily. The ideal candidate has superior people skills and acts as a motivator and coach to develop people's mindset around process excellence and support our line of business in the daily optimisations.
You will be working across the SVP area and be responsible for driving the agenda together with line of business. You will be part of building organisational capabilities within continuous improvements and process excellence, train and facilitate and enable the organisation with simple tools and methods.
Responsibility includes guiding the organization to success by preparing, implementing, and following through. Further to coach and support leaders in developing a culture of continuous improvement. You also support the business in defining process/change scope, expected value, roadmap, stakeholder map, cost, and ensuring successful implementation.

About the department
Digitalisation & Process Improvements is a team within the SVP area Devices & Delivery Solutions (DDS) in Development, Novo Nordisk. Our responsibility is to define and implement digitalisation & process improvements for DDS to make us work smarter and more data oriented. We develop and establish standards and methodologies to drive continuous improvements and automation across DDS. We are drivers of identifying, developing/optimizing, and implementing a pipeline and portfolio of improvement initiatives in close collaboration with our business users. We communicate and visualize progress across DDS.
