You will be part of the Process Excellence & IMS Governance department, which drives strategic initiatives to optimize, harmonize and standardize processes across our wind operations. By integrating digital solutions, lean methods, and continuous improvement tools, we aim to deliver a paperless, data-driven environment that supports efficient decision-making and compliance with international standards. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams—ranging from operations and QHSSE to engineering and finance—this department ensures our processes consistently align with best practices and enable high-performance outcomes. Through cross-functional collaboration and innovative thinking, we provide the backbone for a streamlined, forward-looking approach to managing our wind assets.
Your role
As a Process Excellence Specialist, you will drive the transformation of our business process landscape and management system by designing, developing, and optimizing value streams across BA Wind. Collaborating with process owners, local process excellence teams, and governance specialists, you will ensure that integrated management system (IMS) requirements are embedded in every step, and processes is designed to give its utmost output.
This role is central to harmonizing processes, minimizing duplication, and supporting our business strategic goals for performance excellence. You will focus on delivering high-value outcomes, whether by conducting gap analyses, leading improvement workshops, or enabling data-driven insights for better decision-making, or by redesigning the processes, eliminating waste and inefficiencies and replacing with automated workflows.
