Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Process Manager to establish, design, and implement foundational IT and business processes. This is a unique greenfield opportunity to build processes from the ground up, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and setting a strong framework for future scalability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement IT and business processes starting from a greenfield environment, ensuring alignment with ITIL standards.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current operational needs and identify key areas for process development.
- Develop and document foundational process workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead the adoption of ITIL-aligned practices such as incident, change, problem, and service request management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align processes with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of new processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a change agent, championing the benefits of structured processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful adoption of newly implemented processes.
- Monitor emerging trends and best practices in IT service management to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in process management, IT service management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in establishing processes from scratch, ideally in a greenfield environment.
- ITIL certification is highly preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in process design, documentation, and implementation.
- Proficient in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN tools) and ITSM platforms (e.g., Service Desk+, ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on IT and operational efficiency.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Familiarity with compliance and industry standards (e.g., ISO 20000, GDPR) is a plus.
Other:
- Valid work permit for Denmark is a pre-requisite.
