The position
As a Process Optimisation Specialist, you will play a central role in driving process excellence, innovation, and digital transformation in the regulatory affairs organization at a corporate level and across all markets. You will set and implement process strategies in collaboration with process managers, deliver improvements, mitigate risks, and drive change that will impact the Novo Nordisk value chain, ensuring a process-focused mindset is embedded in global practices.

About the department
The RA Process and Digital Strategy area within Regulatory Affairs is a growing team of 10 people. We are committed to securing process excellence and digital innovation to reach more patients faster by simplifying and standardizing ways of working with a focus on end users. Our mission is to make work easier and more rewarding for our colleagues. In Regulatory Affairs, we manage submission, registration, and labelling to obtain authority approval for all Novo Nordisk products. We work across the value chain from early development to product discontinuation, ensuring medicine availability to patients. Our team is based at our headquarters, where we foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
