YOUR TEAM

In BESTSELLER Logistics, we have gone through a substantial transformation over the last years - and the journey is not over. To support our global stakeholders, it is key that we have an efficient supply chain and continue to improve the collaboration with our partners. 
You will join a team of 6 colleagues, who focus their efforts on creating transparency and ensuring the required capacity to support BESTSELLER’s continued growth. We are looking to up our game significantly to ensure that we generate useful insights and develop required solutions that will support our colleagues in making substantiated decisions. 

YOUR JOB

As our Process Specialist you become a part of one or more optimization projects, participating, leading and driving the focus on processes and ensuring streamlining of flow of goods, efficiency and excellence in our logistics processes. Depending on your experience, some of the projects that could land on your desk include:

  • Participating in the development and designing of our new ERP system, BestOne, and future utilization of our Transport Management System (TMS), especially focused on BESTSELLER’s flow processes, where you would be part of deciding which new features and functionalities deliver most value for end users.
  • The new Logistics Distribution Centre, which we will soon start the construction of in the Netherlands, where processes and systems need to be designed, developed and implemented, before the new distribution centre is operational.
  • More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Acting as subject matter expert in relation to the development of new initiatives with a strong business focus, challenging the status quo in a proactive and professional manner to improve current processes to fit the future requirements.
  • Connecting the main flow across Logistics and understanding how flows interact and how to optimize in relation to customers service, cost effectiveness and/or general business value.
  • Staying curious and always looking for ways to our current processes across Logistics.
  • YOUR PROFILE

    You have an analytical mindset and enjoy deep-diving into business data and processes, but also know how to communicate your specialised knowledge in a way that it becomes comprehensible to stakeholders across the organisation and at various levels. It’s key that you are curious, hands-on and good at building relationships. Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational background within Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
  • Experience with process optimization within a logistics or supply chain setup is an advantage
  • Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) is considered a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

    WORK LOCATION : You will be spending three days a week working from our office at our distribution centre, Logistics Centre North, in Haderslev. Aside from that, we are flexible when it comes to working out of our offices in Aarhus or working from home.
