The Position
As a Process Supporter, you will help ensure our license to operate for the production within the framework for which we are approved. You will be part of a team consisting of 10 employees with different backgrounds in production. Our team consists of supporters who collaborate with other employees in production.
We offer a great opportunity to put your systematic problem-solving skills into play. Our team members are faced with specific challenges in production which calls for daily support, root cause investigations, implementation of new solutions, training of operators and skilled workers etc.
The main tasks will be to:
• Process challenges from daily operations, including ensuring that production meets GMP requirements.
• Take care of the development of process optimizations and projects.
• Examine and provide description of deviations from production.
• Document trainings and descriptions of the processes.
• Participate in the telephone shifts that runs alternately between all the supporters where we support the production by phone, also on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
The qualifications we value include having:
• A bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, production engineering, or similar field.
• PAS-X and GMP production knowledge, which will be considered a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Danish and English.

About the Department
ET Finished Products Pack (ET FP Pack) is steadily growing and at present we are approximately 100 committed colleagues in Pack in OFP Production in Måløv. The purpose of the department is to pack tablets in blisters and then in boxes so that they can be sent out into the world. We have great ambitions for the future and are committed to delivering our products to our patients on time and in the highest quality. We succeed together and strive to be at the forefront of developments in technology, systems, and processes.
