Process Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated Process Technologist with career ambitions to join our team. Employment Type: Permanent contract in Denmark, Havnegade 47, 3300 Frederiksværk.

About the Role

As Process Technologist, you will be responsible for:

• Hot Rolling Mill process control
• Conformance if rolled products to quality standards
• Prime product yield planning
• Production planning
• Production KPI’s reporting to service centre
• In-line process quality control
• Training and mentoring of production personnel
• Ensuring stable production if products
• Maintaining product quality in accordance with regulatory documentation
• Continuousely work on yield improvement
• Organization and control of the effective operation of the service centre
• Identify non-confirming products and take corrective and preventive actions.

What We’re Looking for

• 1+ years experience in a heavy industrial environment, steel industry preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of metallurgy
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, and advanced excel skills.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills and ambition to learn from the best.
• Passion and dedication to your work.
• Proficiency in English, and Danish is a plus.
