Procurement management involves collating ITOT procurement activities, develop and maintain the Global ITOT procurement plan, following up and tracking progress of procurements and contracts with delivery teams and sites. Supporting procurement activities and setting up Contract management (CM) tool.
- Maintain procurement management plan and strategy, aligned with global PMO procurement strategy, own, develop and maintain standard procurement tools and principles, as well as an overview of procurement packages and distribution/ownership through the Procurement Master Plan.
- Act as a liaison to ensure communication and coordination across different units involved in the program.
- Ownership of the procurement masterplan including the process to establish tailored baselines for sites at gates.
- Follow-up on and ensure updates of the procurement activities (procurements, contracts and commitments)
- Support procurement activities and process across programme in alignment with global PMO requirements and strategy.
- Collaborate with PMO execution track lead and ITOT WPO in executing contracts/POs and COs for procurement packages in Coupa.
- Coordinate with the Programme and support reporting on procurement activities per project.
