The position
As a Product Creator within the TPU, you will be part of an empowered interdisciplinary team of Product Creators who collaborate to conceptualize, shape, deliver and test solutions that go beyond medicines – starting towards the first minimum viable products (MVPs) and taking it further from there. You will be part of an ambitious and highly skilled team of experts that work with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders to develop and rapidly test prototype products in the areas of risk and response assessment, communication of metabolic health, behavioural interventions, or biological interventions – all with the aim to predict and prevent obesity. You will drive the development of user-centric offerings that address unmet needs in a clearly defined target population and prepare go-to-market plans together with partners across the business. You will report directly to the Senior Director of the Product Innovation Lab within the TPU, becoming an essential member of the TPU team. Your primary work location will be in Søborg, Denmark, or Oxford, UK and the role will require some occasional travel. Qualifications We are looking for a team member with great interpersonal skills, coupled with drive and dedication. You will be a Product Creator with experience in biomedical data science or health informatics to act as project lead and provide scientific vision within evidence-based projects and initiatives. To success in this role, we expect you to have: Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work with external partners and stakeholders with ideally 4+ years of experience in an industry setting (e.g. pharma, healthcare, digital health or tech startup) Experience leading data-driven projects, driving the scientific strategy and vision for the project Experience providing technical inputs to the design and objectives of data science projects and have contributed to the scientific interpretation of results Understanding and experience using modern end-to-end data science tools for performing health data analysis A thorough understanding of the global healthcare market and its trends A relevant academic degree (Masters or PhD preferred) in bioinformatics, data science, engineering, epidemiology, or a related quantitative discipline Having worked with development and/or commercialisation of prevention products will be considered a plus.
