Product Designer - Copenhagen

As our Digital Product Designer at Relesys, you'll be a vital part of our team, spearheading the creation of seamless and enjoyable interaction designs and customer journeys. Collaboration will be at the heart of your role, as you'll work closely with diverse teams to conduct user research and transform insights into groundbreaking design solutions with your brilliant, creative, and user-focused mind Therefore, you'll take ownership of creating user flows, product maps, and wireframes that enable the best possible user experience   

Your role is highly communicative as you'll participate as a key team member in our agile delivery teams. You will collaborate with product managers in designing brilliant solutions, prioritizing features and user stories, and acting as advocates for users, ensuring that design decisions align with user needs. You will facilitate discussions, gather insights, and ensure alignment on product vision and goals!

Your key responsibilities:

• Show deep user empathy by integrating user insights from research, usability tests, surveys, focus groups etc. to identify key pain points and define user-centered design solutions
• Cultivate a deep understanding of Relesys's existing product UX, design system and develop future iterations with a focus on a cohesive experience
• Combine research, insights and organizational goals to deliver designs that solve user needs and meet strategic objectives
• Create detailed user flows, prototypes in Figma, user story maps, wireframes and final designs with a strong UX foundation
• Stay up to date on new UX paradigms from trending and delightful software vendors
• Ensure triad cross-team collaboration and assist with rapid prototyping to enable the product, engineering, and design triad in making informed decisions, delivering high-value outcomes to clients quickly and efficiently.

Who are you?

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience designing software products ideally within B2B
• A proven portfolio of delivering outstanding user experiences
• Ability to deliver clear and well-founded early concepts and solution proposals based on complex requirements and client insights
• Have a profound knowledge of prototyping tools (preferably Figma) and ideally, but not mandatory, AI design tools similar to Polymet
• Have experience working with and maintaining a design system
• Confident in independently reaching out to clients and conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests
• Focused on how products “function” and when users experience true value that will make them return
• A team player who are self-driven, proactive, and ambitious with a great understanding of the importance of a strong team
• You are located in or near Copenhagen
• Have professional proficiency in spoken and written English

Furthermore, it would be great, but not required, if you:

• Speak and write fluent and professional Danish 
• Have experience from a B2B or SaaS company is a plus
