Do you thrive in an inspiring environment where lamps are created from recycled materials? Fischer Lighting is looking for an intern to strengthen our development department and our local R&D Lab.

Work assignments

• As an intern in the development department at Fischer Lighting, you will work and gain experience in the following key areas: Management of local production: Responsibility for small productions between 1 and 100 units, including 0 series. You will learn about managing the production process and be responsible for ensuring high quality.

• Project management: Planning production with the production team with a focus on inclusive working environment and efficient procedures.

• Quality control: In collaboration with the development department, you must ensure compliance with our instructions and assembly processes, including sample control and quality control of the productions, as well as provide input for possible improvements. Coordination of deliveries: Cooperation with the Production Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of sub-components for use in productions and maintaining an efficient delivery process of finished products..

• Documentation: Preparation and updating of parts lists, assembly instructions and installation instructions.

Qualifications:

• Experience with CAD software (Autodesk Inventor)

• Experience with InDesign and Photoshop

• Practical understanding and good with their hands

• Experience with common hand tools

• Desire to learn something about lamps and lighting
