Join Denmark's leading digital payment institution! We are looking for a Product Manager to play a central role in driving our product and project initiatives forward. At November First, we deliver solutions that combine payment infrastructure and technology to create more efficient workflows for companies managing payments and bookkeeping.
With a license from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, November First facilitates payments across accounts, both locally and internationally. By combining innovative technology with traditional banking practices, we have developed a digital payment platform used by small and medium-sized businesses.
Our solution integrates directly into ERP systems and business applications such as payroll and invoice scanning services. As part of the Visma Group, we have a solid foundation for growth and innovation. From our cozy offices in Carlsberg Byen, we work in an informal and collaborative culture.
As a Product Manager at November First, you will take on a dual role:
Project Manager for the Smart Pay collaboration
Lead the collaboration with e-conomic.
Ensure November First delivers on commitments and create optimal conditions for e-conomic’s success.
Act as the link between our organization and e-conomic, manage stakeholders, and ensure progress.
Product Manager with a focus on communication and quality
Support our UX lead in building a strong communication bridge between customers, back-office users, and the development team.
Ensure we build the right solutions by understanding customer needs and prioritizing functionality.
Work closely with the development team to deliver high-quality releases.
Lead the Smart Pay project with clear goals and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress.
Participate in product development processes from idea to release.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve our solutions.
Develop roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely deliveries.
Strengthen collaboration between teams and optimize internal processes.
A relevant educational background and experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager.
A structured and proactive mindset, with the ability to maintain an overview in a busy workday.
Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating complex projects.
A background in working at the intersection of development, UX, and customer needs.
Strong proficiency in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions simply and clearly.
An interest in fintech, automation, and digitalization.
