Main purpose of the position:

To ensure that ISS’ customers have a great experience with our new and existing product and services, we are looking for an experienced and structured Product Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for the development and execution our new product launch strategy and execution, as well as optimizing our existing portfolio of product and services. This includes the complete process from analyzing insights, prioritizing innovative ideas, supporting the product development process, defining product launch strategies and execute in different markets to achieve commercial goals.

In this role, you will seek to understand in details what we do, how we do it and translate our vast expertise in meaningful product communications focusing on customer value that will be used in various marketing initiatives. This role is strong champion and advocate for customers’ voice, and your work will support high-end service delivery and a proactive customer strategy to drive customer satisfaction and growth.

What you’ll do:

This role will have a big responsibility to bridge the ISS product organization to ISS commercial organization. With responsibilities of:

  • To develop, project manage and implement product launch programs and better alignment with commercial organization.
  • Based on insights and best practice, creates compelling product messaging and positioning that are aligned with customers needs.
  • Manage competitive market knowledge by working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work across product campaigns and product launches to support the GTM strategy and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Create effective marketing collateral such as customer cases, videos, website copy and blog posts, presentations, sales playbooks, datasheets, case studies, presentations, white papers, and demos.
  • Own and optimize product launch content and promotion with internal and external partners.

  • Key qualifications:

  • A few years of experience in product marketing, commercial product management or other marketing roles with focus on delopment and commercialization or products or services
  • Relevant university degree within e.g. business administration, marketing, communications
  • Ability to translate various detailed operations and processes to compelling customer value
  • Experience navigating successfully in a matrix organization preferably with a global scope and B2B or B2B2C focus
  • Personal skills you excel:

  • Structured creativity while managing complex product launch projects
  • A ‘can do’ mentality, and as a proactive problem solving attitude
  • Solid communication, stakeholder and leadership management skills.
  • Engaging team player and are able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively in a complex, fast-paced business environment
  • A curious thinker with a desire to improve existing processes, along with the aim for delivering positive customer experiences in practice
  • You speak and write English on an advanced level and are able to communicate and present your thoughts and ideas precisely and convincingly at all levels within and outside the organization.
