Purpose of role

nShift is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our growing and dynamic team.

You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product offerings by spearheading marketing efforts that accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth. This cross-functional role requires a deep understanding of the market landscape, a customer-centric mindset, and strong communication skills.

Overall responsibility

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and growth for our innovative software solutions.

As a strategic thinker and collaborative team player, you will work hand-in-hand with product management, sales, and the broader marketing organization to ensure the successful development and execution of marketing initiatives.  

Together with our dedicated teams, you will ensure nShift is the vendor of choice, driving adoption and fostering long-lasting customer relationships.

The area of responsibility includes:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management and marketing to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Create and maintain an in-depth understanding of buyer personas, use cases, battle cards and competitor landscapes to develop effective product positioning that aligns with customer needs.
  • Create compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for nShift solutions to ensure they resonate with target audiences. 
  • Develop sales tools, collateral, and content (blogs, e-books, webinars) that enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value of nShift solutions to potential customers.
  • Continuously track performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies to optimize results and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps and feature release cycles. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and driving product adoption.
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas, customer segmentation, and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of best practices and industry trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced cross-functional team, synergizing with other departments such as sales, product, and engineering.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales KPIs, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
