Skills we look for 

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

Academic degree at min. bachelor level (preferably with certifications for Product Owner/Manager)

5+ years of overall experience in IT, with at least 3+ years in a role like Product Owner, preferably in Pharma sector 

<li 335551671="" aria-setsize="-1" data-aria-level="1" data-aria-posinset="2" data-font="Verdana" data-leveltext="•" data-list-defn-props="{">

Experience within related areas – virtualization based on VMware, Hyper-V, and preferably Kubernetes

Ability to understand and map business needs and transform these to features and technical deliverables in an inspiring way to your product team

Experience with Agile methodologies and/or tools (concepts of Scrum, Kanban, Prioritisation, etc.)

About the role 

As a Product Owner for virtualization, you will be responsible for driving the strategy of our virtualization efforts in Production IT Infrastructure department. We are supporting solutions based on VMware, Hyper-V, and soon Kubernetes, and now is a great opportunity to take the lead on this, supporting our ambition to deliver stable services of high quality, with our many users in focus. You will be responsible for managing product roadmaps, development, and operational stability in collaboration with the team. Your role will also involve budget planning, stakeholder management, and supporting strategic workforce planning. You will work closely with Agile teams to ensure smooth delivery and contribute to various Agile and program events.

Drive the vision, mission, strategy, product roadmaps, and development

Act as the owner for operational stability of virtualization solutions in collaboration with the team

Support the People Leader on strategic workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding

Manage budget planning and be accountable for the products in the team

Ensure proper stakeholder management at all levels and with external vendors

Our Production IT Infrastructure department is responsible for setting the direction of a global uniform IT infrastructure in Product Supply by delivering compliant operations, effective IT Security controls and best-practice infrastructure standards. 

Moreover, our department look after the definition, implementation and maintenance of Product Supply IT network infrastructure (PSnet) supporting the manufacturing equipment and applications that are used in the production process. PSnet can be seen as a large network that connects and aligns all the Novo Nordisk productions networks in a uniform and regulated approach.
