The Role
We are seeking a Product Procurement and Innovation manager. This individual will play a pivotal role in sourcing and negotiating the best products for our subscription boxes including “The Classic One” and ”The Lux One” and driving innovation in our Non-Subscription (Non-Sub) sales initiatives.
You will manage B2B relationships with brand partners and suppliers, ensuring Goodiebox delivers exceptional products while achieving ambitious revenue and operational goals. This role is perfect for someone with a strategic mindset, strong negotiating skills, and a passion for driving performance through data, collaboration, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement & Sourcing:
•Product procurement for our subscription and non-subscription offering, ensuring high-quality product selection and alignment with our member’s needs.
•Identify and negotiate partnerships with top-tier brands to maximize product value and differentiation.
•Collaborate with Strategic Planning to align product sourcing with forecasts, budgets, and long-term goals.
B2B Relationship Management:
•Build and nurture strategic relationships with suppliers and brand partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
•Lead contract negotiations with a focus on cost efficiency, product quality, and delivery timelines.
Performance & Metrics:
•Optimize a Predictable Revenue-inspired framework with focus on a structured, repeatable process for partnership acquisition and success.
Innovation & Growth:
•Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities to introduce innovative products and partnerships that resonate with our audience.
•Leverage data and customer insights to refine procurement strategies and support new product development.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
•2+ years in procurement, B2B partnerships, or a similar role within a high-growth organization, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or e-commerce sectors.
Skills:
•Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a strategic mindset.
•Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
•Exceptional communication abilities to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
