Product Project Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project within the wind industry. You will be responsible for project management and delivery of assigned work packages related to product projects in cooperation with the product teams (HSE, Quality, Risk, EnSu, Engineering etc.) from idea/concept through the early development phase, in-field demonstrations, and implementation on specific sites.

Location: South Denmark, onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Relevant education such as Technical Engineering, Naval Architect, Marine Engineer, Master Mariner
• Experience, knowledge, and competence in Project Management equivalent to IPMA level D or higher or PMI PMP
• Experience in product development assignments along their lifetime as well as good understanding of offshore logistics technology and its potential optimization
• Strong communication skills and the ability to promote a motivating atmosphere in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment, driving progress and solutions towards the target
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written
• Solid and robust technical knowledge and understanding of the logistics products and their commercial, safety, operation restrictions/requirements levers
• Good ability to analyze and interpret data
• Innovative and self-driven mindset
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for the project management and delivery of product scope (with product team consisting of workstream leads) related to product projects in accordance with the Generation Product Development Process
• Align resource needs with Product Manager in terms of product scope, budget, time to deliver
• Project reporting and follow-up on budget actuals
• Coordinate and compile product information and product requirements
• Alignment with applicable stakeholders such as technical and commercial specialists, Quality, H&S, EnSu, Risk, Technical Authority etc.
• Provides updated input for Building Blocks for business case modelling of products
• In coordination with the Product Manager engage with suppliers on technical level and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders
• Accountable to monitor and coordinate subcontractors and consultants during the development of products
