Production and Logistics Assistant in Nexgen A/S

Nexgen A/S is a young company in rapid development. We design and deliver fibre optic products throughout Europe.

We are looking for a full-time / part-time / student who can at minimum work daily from 08.30-14.30 with various tasks within primarily production and logistics. The idea is that you will assist on various tasks when the need is there. Since we are still small and growing fast the tasks can be of many varieties such as:

• Operations; labelling and coding of our products.
• Logistics; receiving products and shipping products.
• Quality Control of incoming and outgoing products.
• Customer Service; receiving and replying to customer emails.
• Ad. Hoc support tasks for various internal departments.

We expect the following competencies:

• English language, spoken and written; Other languages will be considered as an advantage.
• You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• You are used to work with deadlines, and you have a positive attitude – also during busy periods.
• You have a structured and service minded approach in your work and have high skills in cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders, also internationally.
• You are creative, flexible, patient, autonomous, skilled with your hands and care for details.

Your background is not decisive, but the fact that you have a flexible attitude and can get everyday tasks solved in the best possible way will mean a lot towards being successful in the job.

The work will take place at our location in Allerød.

The position is available to be filled as soon as possible, and interviews will be held on an ongoing basis.
