At Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Helsingør, we are a team of 300 dedicated colleagues specializing in the development and production of sealing systems for high-tech companies in the hydraulic, automotive, aviation, shipbuilding, offshore, and machinery industries.
The Team, Your Role, and Your Responsibilities
As a Production Engineering Project Manager, you will join our Engineering & PM Support department, which consists of 4 employees. Your primary responsibility will be project management of larger projects.
You excel at involving our process operators and other colleagues when needs and opportunities need to be uncovered. You are accustomed to driving changes and understand that involvement under clear frameworks is the key to success.
Who We Are Looking For
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Helsingør is seeking a Production Engineering Project Manager with a strong background in Project Management (including PM tools), preferably from a larger production company. Your project management skills are proven, and you have an educational background at a B.Sc. or M.Sc. level. Fluency in Danish and English is a requirement.
You are a team player with a positive, proactive, and open attitude. You are curious, structured, analytical, and comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization. You are innovative yet practical, and you balance big thinking with sensible implementation. Your sense of humor and joy in life build bridges. You thrive in a hectic everyday life, and you take pride in seeing your tasks through to completion. You meet people and your work with openness, firmness, and curiosity.
