The Job

You will be responsible for :

• The selected candidate will be responsible for the running of the Production Line on day-to-day basis and reports directly to the Production Supervisor.
• Motivating and leading the employees to achieve the desired quality and efficiency throughout the Production Process.
• Follow the production cycle throughout the various stages from preparation and organizing of raw materials, down to filling, packaging, and product storage of the respective production line.
• Ensure proper documentation and company procedures are being followed throughout the process.

• This post calls for a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
