Production Manager Needed!

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise production staff to ensure efficiency, quality, cleanliness, organization, and proficiency throughout the production processes.
• Lead and motivate a team during production cycles to meet and exceed operational goals.
• Ensure the quality of food produced, making sure all team members adhere to specified standards and time constraints.
• Work closely with the Purchasing Manager to monitor the timely arrival of orders and forecast future product needs.
• Utilize knowledge of Korean cuisine to influence product development and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production management, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A commitment to high quality and cleanliness standards.
• Familiarity with Korean culinary culture and cuisine is highly preferred.
