The Position
At Novo Nordisk Site Tietgen in Odense, we are building up new facilities where we are imple-menting new production lines to manufacture our good products to even more patients. At the same time, we are building a strong and sustainable organization around both the project and the future operations.
Thus, we are seeking a Production Planner to fulfil this part of the puzzle. You will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth order flow, ensuring accurate data management, and coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders. You will contribute to establishing efficient production processes and help to establish and maintain our high standards of operational excellence.
Your main tasks will be to:
• Input critical data into Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), including item num-bers, bills of materials, CX values, PVL, PMBR, and manage SAP ECC, with knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Coordinate and prepare orders for production to ensure seamless order flow. Create production orders and manage material requisitions for production using Stock Transport Orders (STO) in SAP ECC.
• Engage in daily coordination with internal stakeholders (i.e. QA, warehouse, shipping, production, and support functions), update sales orders and manage release dates ef-fectively
• Ensure the accuracy of local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training mate-rials.
• Plan for open shifts and maintenance tasks, both in the short-term and long-term per-spective, while maintaining plan stability and establishing accurate baselines for plan and capacity.
As part of your role, you will actively participate in workshops and projects with various stakeholders to improve processes. You will serve as a superuser in Styx and provide sys-tem support across teams in PAS-X, SAP, NNTZW, and Warehouse. You will also be ex-pected to conduct corrections and thorough investigations in NNTZW as necessary.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in production planning and coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MES systems and SAP ECC, demonstrating a solid understanding of pro-duction planning processes.
• Strong organizational, coordination and proactive problem-solving skills, with the abil-ity to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing production de-mands.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within production systems.
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and providing system support.
As an individual, you are positive, collaborative and solution orientated, and you work system-atically, logically, and proactive. You can interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and you take pride in solving your tasks and challenges with close involve-ment of key stakeholders. On a personal level, you are a team player, but you are also com-fortable working independently.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions - Site Tietgenbyen. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Ex-pansions has the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion pro-jects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the fu-ture, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now.
You will become part of the Operational Readiness department that ensures that our future operations is ready when the facility is. It covers different disciplines such as Training, QMS, Maintenance, LEAN, Ramp-Up, Standard Operations and more. The team you will be joining is called cLEAN, Ramp Up and Business Readiness.
