Program Coordinator - Copenhagen

We are looking for a skilled and organized Program Coordinator to join Trustpilot’s IT Service Delivery team and support our mission of driving value by bringing people together and connecting strategy with delivery. With your strong attention to detail and organizational skills, you will assist in building and establishing best practices and tools for IT Service Delivery.

In this role, you will support the initiation, planning, and coordination of strategic projects. This position is cross-functional and involves working closely with stakeholders across various functions and geographies.

In your role, you will:

• Support the program by coordinating the initiation, planning, and execution of strategic projects with executive-level visibility.
• Assist in aligning teams and stakeholders within the program to ensure focus remains on desired outcomes.
• Help maintain a holistic view of the program and provide updates on any changes or developments.
• Facilitate clear communication by establishing and maintaining a communications infrastructure to keep everyone informed about program/project progress.
• Monitor risks and issues, assist in identifying mitigations, and escalate concerns as needed to create a sense of urgency.
• Contribute to ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently, minimizing surprises along the way.

We are looking for:

• A proactive individual with 2+ years of relevant experience in a program/project coordination role or similar, preferably in a fast-growing technology company (experience in SaaS is a plus).
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build connections between teams and individuals.
• Solid stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities, capable of bringing structure to complex situations and coordinating through ambiguity. Knows how to ask the right questions at the right time to the right people.
• A highly motivated and dependable team player who can effectively prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with a \\\"get things done\\\" attitude, ensuring tasks are addressed without delay.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
