As a Program Manager in the Product team within Stibo Systems’ global Build organization, you will be part of a collaborative environment, engaging closely with other Build team members (i.e., R&D), marketing, sales, and other internal stakeholders. Your role will focus on maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) gating requirements, overseeing the company’s transition to a product operating model (POM), and managing our Go To Market SharePoint site.

The job
You will oversee diverse projects and processes that shape quality standards and contribute to our product development and delivery. Your work, valued by both internal and external customers, is essential to providing trusted, best-in-class enterprise software.

“This is the perfect role for you if you thrive on coordinating multiple initiatives, excel at bringing teams together, and have a passion for details. You must be strategic and adaptable—someone who can navigate complexity while keeping stakeholders aligned and motivated. Above all, you'll need to maintain your cool under pressure and keep your sense of humor intact," says Danielle Fish, Director, Documentation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, facilitation, and documentation of key gate meetings during each release cycle to ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO standards, while actively contributing to these tasks as needed to assess release readiness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, IT, Performance Enablement, the Industry Practice Team, and other stakeholders to manage and maintain the Go To Market SharePoint site. You will also identify opportunities to enhance and expand the site to meet evolving business needs.
  • Lead the project management efforts for implementing a Product Operating Model (POM) within Stibo Systems. This includes defining objectives, aligning cross-functional teams, establishing timelines, and ensuring successful adoption of the model. You'll play a key role in driving organizational alignment, improving processes, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Additionally:

  • Provide timely & accurate updates to the department head and other key stakeholders
  • Suggest system and process improvements
  • Create new and maintain existing role documentation
  • International travel may be required

Build Organization

This position is part of the Build organization within our dynamic Product team. We play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative products that set us apart. Our work is at the core of maintaining exceptional quality and impacts every department, customer, partner, and prospect. Join us and make a meaningful contribution to the success of our products on a global scale.

You will become a subject matter expert in QMS, SharePoint, and the Product Operating Model (POM). Other teams will heavily rely on this expertise.

"Daily collaboration is at our core – you'll share insights across teams, align on strategies, and tackle challenges together. While we're focused on meeting milestones, we equally value each team member's unique contributions and perspectives. We're passionate about process optimization and continuous improvement, and finding someone who complements our team culture is just as crucial as finding exceptional talent," explains Danielle.

Your skills/experiences:
You will be able to take direction well and work independently in the absence of direction while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.  You will have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a process-oriented mindset. You have demonstrated proactive approaches to problem solving, with strong decision-making capability.  You are not afraid to speak up if new processes, procedures, or methodologies are needed to better meet accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Moreover, you must have:

  • Expertise in SharePoint, including the ability to create / maintain pages, lists, and web parts plus develop lifecycle standards for posted materials
  • Understanding of file sharing and permission concepts, file management and document library navigation, and SharePoint site hierarchy and navigation
  • Proficiency in project planning
  • Exceptional communication skills, including excellent command and understanding of the English language
  • Must be well organized and very detail oriented with strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Versatility and flexibility as deadlines shift and multiple deliverables arise

Nice to have:

  • Experience in roles that included project and/or program management responsibilities
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles, with a preference for experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Scaled Agile
  • Exposure to Marty Cagan’s product operating model (POM) concepts
  • Working knowledge of Jira
  • Familiarity with ISO-9001 and ISO-27001 standards
