What’s in it for you?
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in the Supply Chain Transformation unit and lead the strategic deployment of important initiatives to manage the complexity of our product portfolio throughout all lifecycle stages from early development to phase out. This role is vital in ensuring that introduction of new products and our product portfolio in general is optimised to efficiently utilize our production network and ensure that we get to market and scale fast. You will lead strategic projects working closely with specialists and stakeholders within Supply Chain and the broader value chain.

Lastly, you will be working closely together with the broader team in supporting the Portfolio Complexity workstream in the SC Transformation unit and continuing our ongoing effort to simplify our current product portfolio to better serve patients and to ensure that simplifications are executed in a proper manner

About the department
You will be part of our global Supply Chain organization, a large and diverse team of approximately 1,000 employees dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our patients. Here you will be part of the Supply Chain Transformation unit, which was established in end 2023 to drive several strategic workstreams across the full end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk. The area is growing to become a strong function of supply chain experts and leaders to drive changes across NN and ensure strong and impactful implementation in the line of business functions.
