Project Administrator

Project Administrator – Industrial Projects | Germany

We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to support and coordinate major engineering and industrial projects in Germany. This role is crucial in ensuring budget control, scheduling, compliance, and seamless project administration from start to finish.

📌 Key Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Administration, or a related field

✅ 5+ years of experience in engineering companies within heavy industries

✅ At least 2 years of experience in project administration or a similar role

✅ Fluent in German (≥90%) and English (≥90%) (German native speakers preferred)

✅ Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and project reporting

✅ Experience working in finance or controlling is a plus

✅ Knowledge of engineering processes and project development

⚡ Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee project budget, cash flow, and cost control
• Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards
• Manage project schedules, progress tracking, and reporting
• Facilitate communication between project teams, finance, HR, legal, and operations
• Organize and maintain technical, legal, and administrative project documents
• Support procurement and contract management as needed
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations
