We are seeking two structured and organized coordinators to support the program management of DTU Entrepreneurship's programs.
Your role as a project and event coordinator is crucial in providing seamless support for our activities, thereby maximizing the learning experience for our participants and guests. You will be part of a team of people collaborating on project service, optimizing structure, and identifying new efficient ways to carry out daily operations.
Importance of the position
Your contribution is vital in ensuring that our programs and events run smoothly, delivering the highest quality of content and support. You must be prepared to support 40 planned event days per year with extended working hours. In return, we enjoy flexibility in our work arrangements on other days, and we ensure that we support each other as a team.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement either with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC) or The Joint Agreement and Organizational Agreement for Clerical Employees (HK/Stat).
Working hours are on average 37 hours per week.
The two positions are project employments for one year. The positions are to be filled as soon as possible, but no later than 1st December 2024.
