Do you want to create content, train AI, and shape how customers experience ERP? As our new Project Assistant, you’ll work on e-learning, automation, and product innovation — helping make complex tech accessible in a fast-moving team.
Who is Sprint365?
We are a bunch of innovative and bold minds working to revolutionize the dusty ERP industry. We are the comet in an industry full of dinosaurs, if we do say so ourselves.
Sprint365 was founded in 2020 in rebellion against the time-consuming projects that characterize the ERP industry. We deliver the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, but we do it in a smarter way. Our solution is pre-configured, user-friendly and ready to go, unlike all other players who sell heavy marathon projects where everything must be built from scratch. Using our template-based methodology, we sprint through the implementation at our customers, creating faster business value for all parties. Win-win.
But ERP... what the hell is it?
Don't be intimidated - IT is not as IT as you think. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an integrated financial system that connects a company's key business processes, data, resources and departments. Think of it as a LEGO set: We sell the whole set, and we've even built over half of it in advance. If you can follow the manual and place a brick now and then, you're all set!
Your role
As a Project Assistant, your main task is to make life easier for our project managers, product specialists and architects, while gaining practical experience on the product and project side of our company. Your tasks will therefore be wide-ranging:
You won't be handling everything alone—you'll join a team of student assistants who collaborate and share tasks, so you'll have the chance to tailor the role to your strengths. We also don’t expect you to know everything from day one, our onboarding program will help you settle in and grow into the role. What matters most is your curiosity and willingness to learn.
Who you (might) be
We don't expect you to come with 5 years of work experience and we don't need to see your grades. But it's definitely a plus if you can relate to some of the following:
That said, the job fits you best if...
The team
Our team, which we call Sprinters, comes from many different corners of the world. Even though we are a small team of 30, we are already represented in Denmark, Norway, Spain, China and India. Our diverse backgrounds and love for "quirky" profiles set us apart, but we all share big ambitions and a drive to win together. And while we work hard, we make sure to have fun—don't expect to leave an internal meeting without a good laugh!
You will work closely with our other talented student assistants—Esben, Karen, Tobias, Sofie, Peter, and Laura. Esben will tell you how un-nerdy it is to study at DTU, while Peter will feed you all kinds of useless facts or much needed fashion tips. Tobias can help you secure your next olive tree, and Karen is the master of sourdough—her baking skills might just convince you to start your own starter. Sofie is the team’s early bird, always bringing the morning motivation (even before your first cup of coffee) and Laura is our resident crafty genius, constantly working on new jewellery or knitting something impressive. Oh, and you'll also get to work with the industry's brightest product architects and consultants as well as our customers.
