Project Associate
Type of Employment: Temporary for 6 months (with possibility to prolong)
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
THE ROLE
As a project associate you will become part of the New Card Platform project which is to deliver a world class B2B payment platform.
The role will support the Customer & Card project lead in the following key tasks: communication with stakeholders, documentation of processes, requirement gathering and testing new functionality. It will be expected that you can work within deadlines and take the responsibility to ensure the deliverables. The project expands across all our European business units which means the position will be working with several countries and related processes at same time.
As we are moving from several technical solutions into one solution there is a need to standardize and harmonize future processes across our European business units to optimize our business and ensure a better journey for our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Navigate complex customer structures and ensure dissemination to stakeholders including presentations.
Leading sub projects.
Ensure project deliverables within deadlines.
Perform user acceptance test and regression test.
Communicate with Workstream Leads on blockers or additional requirements.
Creation of documentation flows and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure).
Working together with business users to establish and meet business needs.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Personal skills:
Pro-active, and flexible with a positive can-do attitude in a fast-paced business environment.
Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills.
Analytical, structured, and commercially astute.
Team player, with strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Functional skills:
Experience in office365 especially PowerPoint and Excel
Interest in learning about business processes and systems.
Ideally previous experience with project roles, but not required.

Workplace conditions
We offer a contract of 6 months with the possibility of prolonging. The position is office based and limited travel may occur.
