Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator for one of our clients in the Banking Industry. You will be part of the core project team under the Technology Project Manager.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Possess broad and deep change management skills within business and IT
• Able to advise senior management and staff in strategic, organizational and technical matters
• Project Management of technical initiatives including manage reporting
• Ability to manage many task with varying levels of technical descriptions and abstractions levels
• Knowledge of infrastructure and mid-range applications
• Understanding of the broader business continuity management
• Strong English skills - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Managing stakeholders (internal and external)
• Gathering requirements, presentations
• Managing socialization channels
• Planning and executing stakeholder check-ins across c. 500 AO/SP managing cross project and Group deliverables such as guiding principle assessment (e.g. sustainability)
• Ensure workshops are attended by the right people, and general responsible for stakeholder management with the PMs and WS Leads
