Project Delivery Manager – Salesforce

The opportunity to become a Project Delivery Manager at ABENA Data might be just what you are looking for!

As the Delivery Project Manager within the Salesforce team, you will be responsible for driving the development and roll-out of ABENA’s Salesforce solutions in alignment with business objectives. You will act as the primary project lead for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment. Working closely with developers, admins, and managers throughout the organization, you will oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones to ensure that the platform delivers on all metrics.

You will join the Business Application Team in ABENA Data, which also includes PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management), alongside a dedicated Salesforce team of developers, supporters, and admins. You will enter our team at a very exciting moment in time, where you can shape the foundation of a Salesforce solution on a global scale and, as a system owner, play a crucial part in implementing said solution in more than 20 countries.

Your main objectives | Global Roll-out

• Global Roadmap and Go-Live Planning – Define and manage a global rollout plan with clear milestones for each country’s go-live, including cutover planning to minimize business disruption
• Delivery and Budget Management – Ensure successful deliveries across country-specific and functional tracks, monitor progress, and manage the project budget in alignment with organizational financial goals
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership – Coordinate and lead teams of Salesforce experts, regional project managers, developers, and business analysts to drive a successful implementation
• Data, Integration, and Training – Oversee CRM customization, data migration, system integrations, user support, and training to ensure organizational readiness
• Stakeholder Management and Communication – Act as the primary liaison for country Managing Directors, local teams, and executive leadership, addressing challenges and ensuring clear communication on priorities, timelines, and risks
• Hypercare and Stabilization – Ensure a comprehensive post-go-live support phase, monitoring stabilization and addressing any post-implementation issues

Starting mid-2025, a smaller separate PIM (Akeneo) roll-out project with roughly the same responsibilities as mentioned above will also become part of your portfolio – therefore, a familiarity with Akeneo capabilities will also be an advantage

About you | Strong project management skills

We are open to diverse backgrounds, but we expect that you bring in-depth knowledge and a proven track record in project management for global rollouts, preferably with Salesforce and/or PIM, including successful multi-track, multi-country implementations with simultaneous go-lives.

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as Business, IT, Data science or analytics, change management, or other related fields
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred but not a requirement

• Familiarity with Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations with enterprise systems, data migration, system integration, and localization requirements for global projects
• You describe yourself as a great leader with great organizational knowledge and problem-solving skills and have the ability to manage high levels of complexity and ambiguity effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders across regions and levels.

Your team

The team consists of eight colleagues, three of whom are different kinds of PIM/DAM specialists and five of whom are Salesforce specialists. The team refers to Senior Manager Business Application Maria Nedersee Torp.

Our everyday life is busy, and deadlines often occur, but we also have an informal atmosphere where there is always room for laughter.

Our headquarters are in Aabenraa, but we also have offices in Kolding where you can work from when it is convenient. Traveling to subsidiaries in regards to launches and implementation is possible but optional.
