Could you be the full-time Project Installation Engineering Leader in Copenhagen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and solution-driven teammates.
You'll lead and execute Installation Engineering activities, ensuring the delivery and quality of documentation align with our Signalling strategies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Core Team, Project Operations Team, BIM team), organize and lead the Project Installation Engineering Team, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing deliverables schedules, coordinating validation cycles, and reporting on progress. Additionally, you will support quality, cost, and delivery reviews, including risk identification and mitigation strategies.
We’ll look to you for:
Organizing and leading the full Project Installation Engineering Team
Providing deliverable schedules and workload management in line with our reference library
Proposing and overseeing validation cycles for documentation
Reporting on the progress and delivery of documentation
Supporting QCD reviews of IE activities
Interfacing with stakeholders for data acquisition and deliverable coordination
Identifying and reporting on documentation issues and providing feedback for reference library evolution
Performing site surveys and liaising with BIM Coordinators as necessary

Degree in engineering or equivalent education
Experience or understanding of railway site management and knowledge of railway products and services
Knowledge of design, drafting, or engineering with at least 5 years of experience
Familiarity with BIM procedures and tools
A certification in AutoCAD or other design tools is desirable
Quality-focused, rigorous approach to work
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
