Project Leader, Transitional Energies

Your position  

In your new position as Project Leader in the Transitional Energies division, you will join a dedicated team of strong colleagues. The division spans three core areas: Projects, Service, and Manpower, delivering solutions to the conventional and emerging energy industries.  

At Semco Maritime safety is a core value, and in this role, you will contribute to maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture while delivering innovative solutions. Above all, your work will make a real change for the global energy sector. 

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 20 days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities  

As a Project leader you will take ownership of minor projects and ensure successful execution combined with support to Senior Project Managers in execution of complex projects 

Your tasks will include but are not limited to: 

• Developing and execution minor projects within time, quality, and budget targets 
• Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, in all activities 
• Providing inspiring leadership with clear roles and responsibilities 

Your profile & qualifications  

We are looking for an outgoing and positive Project Leader who is passionate about project management and wants to leave their personal mark on it. You have a proactive and organised approach to your work and are eager to develop your skill-set to grow into a role as a project manager. 

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have: 

• A technical or engineering educational background 
• Project experience, preferably with projects in the energy sector. 
• Experience with client relations and tender processes  
• Knowledge of safety standards 
• Experience from engineering or construction work
