The position
As a Project Manager for the clean utility Work-Package, you will be pivotal in implementing a new technology standard for clean utilities. Your role will involve: Driving Work-Package deliverables to support the overall project goals and ensure timely, world-class solutions. Managing tasks within your work package, including designing technical solutions and process flows that adhere to aseptic standards and authority requirements. Preparing documentation and managing the execution and validation of tests (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ) within your responsibilities. Coordinating with Quality Assurance (QA) and Regulatory Affairs (RA) for the design and implementation of equipment. Designing and implementing training setups for inspection and compliance activities related to the isolator filling line and associated processes. Aligning and coordinating with local and global WPO peers. You'll collaborate closely with pharma consultants, engineering SMEs, and project specialists to design and describe new processes. Additionally, expect to travel to global sites, including Denmark, France, the US, Brazil, and China, with approximately 20% travel anticipated. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have: An academic degree in natural sciences, engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Project management experience in technical or complex projects. Experience in driving design processes, documentation for qualification, and implementing new equipment. Leadership skills and the ability to achieve results in a global stakeholder landscape. A quality mindset and a drive to create optimal solutions while challenging the status quo with data. On a personal note, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and excel at establishing relationships. You work systematically, are committed to your work and colleagues, and thrive in collaborative environments. Your excellent communication skills enable you to build relationships cross-functionally and globally. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. About the department Technology Standards is a department in the newly created area of Fill & Finish Expansions which is anchored within Product Supply, which globally accounts for , of Novo Nordisk’s , employees. The responsibility of Fill & Finish Expansions is to plan and execute the establishment of new aseptic filling capacity across the global manufacturing network while ensuring harmonisation and global standards. Across the different roles there is a distinct global aspect as the end goal is a global standard and best practice, and working with multiple sites, cultures and traditions will be a key element.
