About the job

As a Project Manager at Liftra, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing complex projects within lifting and transportation solutions for the wind turbine industry.

You will play a key role in ensuring quality, time, budget, and customer satisfaction—overseeing the process from Concept to design and production to final Testing.

You will be part of our Project Management Office, which manages projects across all phases, requiring strong technical insight and a natural ability to drive progress.

Your primary tasks

• Lead and execute projects from start to finish, including design, production, assembly, and FAT-test.
• Forecast resource needs and ensure budget control.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and report updates while proactively managing potential challenges.
• Contribute to developing and optimizing project processes for greater efficiency.

About you

You are proactive, structured, and solution oriented. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and thrive in a role with significant responsibility.

You take ownership of your tasks and excel at building strong relationships internally and externally.

In addition to your technical and organizational skills, your social skills play a crucial role in this position. You will be working with multiple teams across different disciplines and locations, so it’s important that you can:

• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments and ensure alignment between engineering, production, and testing teams.
• Negotiate and mediate solutions in a professional and constructive manner.
• Adapt to different cultures and working styles, as you will be working in a global environment.

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role – preferably within the wind industry or related sectors.
• Strong technical background (engineering degree or equivalent technical expertise).
• Business-minded with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
• Preferably relevant experience from a production environment.
• Willingness to travel globally as required by projects.
• Flexible and agile – key traits in Liftra’s culture.
• Fluent in English – Danish is a plus but not required.
