Ellab, a leading provider of innovative compliance solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, is experiencing rapid growth and exciting new projects. As a result, we are looking to expand our Project Management Team.
We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Project Manager to lead a significant product development project. If you have experience managing technology projects, are passionate about delivering new value to customers and excel at driving alignment and collaboration, this role is perfect for you!
What you’ll be doing
As a Project Manager, you will drive the successful delivery of new versions of our software and hardware products. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements collection and scoping to launch, ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders, tracking progress, managing risks and keeping the project on track.
You will work closely with stakeholders at various levels across the organization and, as part of the Project Management Office, will have the opportunity to shape project management practices within Ellab.
Key responsibilities
As the project lead, you will steer the project from its inception to a successful launch, ensuring alignment and transparency as the primary point of contact.
You will skillfully manage timelines and budgets, keeping the project on track and within allocated resources, while proactively addressing any issues or risks. Additionally, you will drive the quarterly planning process with the Product Owner, setting clear priorities, leading estimations and developing a comprehensive plan.
You will champion Agile practices within the development team, implementing efficient processes, configuring Jira workflows and providing essential training.
Furthermore, you will foster a collaborative environment, ensuring effective communication between the core project team and key stakeholders through regular meetings and updates.
