The position
Production & Business Support is a relatively new area, supporting Solid Dosage Forms Operations Denmark (SDF OPS DK) with facility/building management, sustainability, training, Health and safety, Finance and Project management.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning and coordination within Facilities, Buildings, Sustainability or Warehouse projects.

It will be seen as an advantage if you have had experience withing GMP regulated industry, as well as experience in different project management frameworks such as: Waterfalls, Stage Gate Model and Agile Project Management.
As a person, you have a high degree of independence and a flair for leadership as the job requires a high degree of cross functional skills, to set goals and deliver results. You know how to stay focused, despite changing demands or tight deadlines. You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills including the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way.
About the department
You will be part of our PMO , Facilities & Finance team in Production & Business Support. We drive the vast portfolio of strategic projects within Solid Dosage Forms (SDF) Operations DK, supporting high-priority projects and ad-hoc needs in our business. Our primary focus is to ensure optimal capacity and productivity in a sustainable way. Our Area consists of around 900 people.
Production & Business Support is a department of around 120 people, and our team consists of 5 Project Managers, Project portfolio manager, Finance responsible and Facility responsibles, with different backgrounds, ethnicities, and experiences. We support and challenge each other, creating a foundation for our joint wellbeing and performance, both in and out of the office.
Our location is at site Måløv.
